Christmas 2014 was a success!

Christmas Baby!

 Here is my Christmas baby!  Liam is now weighing 12lbs 8 oz....he hasn't been gaining weight like he needs to because of the hole in his heart is making him work harder, so we have been trying to up his calories.  He has chocolate milk every day, butter to everything and I'm trying to stuff him as much as possible!  He is sitting up now like a pro!  He is such a joy in our family.  So happy!

Disneyland!

 December 1-5 we were able to take a fun trip to Disneyland!  We had planned this trip a year and half ago and started saving our money to take the kids.  Then, Liam was born and a lot of that money had gone to pay for medical expenses.  But through some help of family, finally getting medicaid, we were able to still make this trip possible!  It was such a great time to be with family and hopefully help create some fun memories for my kids.  Liam had his birthday while we were there and turned 1!!  What a great place to celebrate!  We ate at the Thunder Ranch BBQ to celebrate and they sang to him and gave him a cupcake with a candle for him to blow out.  Adalyn got to meet Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel, Anna and Elsa.  She was star struck seeing Cinderella.  She just kept touching her dress and repeated "Rella, Rella, Rella"  That was so fun.  Gavin and Kyson loved being able to ride all the rides and spending time with their cousins.  We were able to go with Doug and Autumn and their family and my parents. Getting stronger!

This has been Liam's favorite toy.  I think it has really helped him with his core body strength though because he has been sitting up much longer now!  He was able to sit up for a few minutes and still balance while playing with toys!  He is doing so good!

Recital

 We had our recital tonight.  I was so impressed at how well all my students did.  They all had their songs memorized! Piano has been a good thing for Gavin.  He has struggled with short term memory and I think piano has really helped him with that.  He has had to work so hard to have his song memorized but he did it and did great!

Halloween

We had a great (and warm!) Halloween!  We had a pirate, and army man, Cinderella and a little bear.  They were sure cute and had a great day!

Day in the canyon!

We had a fun day in the canyon today!  We had a picnic by the river and the kids had fun throwing rocks in the river and then we headed farther up and walked around Cascade Springs.  I love spending time with these cuties!
