Kittens

A couple of months ago, this cat had started coming by our house, and I felt so bad for her I started feeding her. I thought I was feeding her so well, because she started getting a belly. Come to find out, it was because she was pregnant. About a month ago, she had the kittens, but I didn't know where she had them. When it started getting colder, I had put her cat food and a cat bed in the garage, hoping she would bring them over. On Friday she brought them over. There are 3 of them, and they are so cute and tiny! We have been having fun with them. If anyone is interested in a kitten, let me know! Posted by Picasa

Nicholas James Losee

On Thursday, Nicholas finally came home from the hospital. Nicholas was born on November 1st, and was 3 weeks early. His lungs weren't fully developed, so they had to rush him up to St. Marks Hospital. After 2 and a half weeks, James and Charity were finally able to take their baby home. He is adorable, and everyone says that he looks like James. His big sister Andee just turned one on the 13th, and she is really has no idea what is going on. She just gets really confused. Casey and I took her for the weekend to help James and Charity out, and we were busy! She is a little handful!

Cowboy Poetry

We had a performance up at the Utah State Fairgrounds for a big Cowboy Poetry event. I was not looking foreward to going up there to perform, but it was actually really enjoyable. It was an event with many important individuals from the state. Here is a not very good picture of Govenor Huntsman doing his own cowboy peotry. The Presidents of BYU and the U of U shared their poetry, and Orin Hatch did his via video. They were pretty funny. We did a performance with two famous folk singers, Don Edwards and Waddie Mitchell. It was very enjoyable. Posted by Picasa

Happy Halloween!

I hope you all had a fun Halloween. We didn't really do much for Halloween. Yesterday I got some pumpkins from my parents garden, that is why they look so beat up! We had some fun decorating them...and no, I didn't forget the other eyebrow, that is a bow! We aren't the best pumpkin carvers, and our pumpkins look a little deformed, but it was fun!

We both had to work and go to school on Halloween, I did have some fun at work though. As a training department, we all decided to dress up and have some fun. I dressed up as Mia Hamm, a soccer player. I felt like I was drownding in Casey's soccer clothes!

After work, we came back home and handed out candy to all the neighbor kids. Tiffny brought her kids over too. They were so cute all dressed up. Bryce was so funny and didn't want to go back out to trick-or-treat, but wanted to stay so we could play Nintendo. Maybe next time Bryce! Posted by Picasa

Casey's birthday

Yesterday it was Casey's big 26th. He had a weekend of birthday parties. On Saturday, we went to my parents house and had a dinner and his favorite carrot cake. On Sunday, we had his family over for his favorite dinner, spaghetti and had cake and icecream. Yesterday, I took the day off of work and we just hung out and went to see the movie "The Fog". We then went to dinner at Tuican with Mat and JD. We were so stuffed!

What a Mess!

This isn't the first time that this has happened. This usually happens when I am not home, and Casey is suppose to be taking care of Bear, but is usually on his computer! He loves to unroll the toilet paper and tear it all up!!

The Big News

This was a nice relaxing weekend, with a suprising announcement. On Friday, I was up in West Jordan at Autumn's school helping her with her 1st grade class. Right after I was done helping her, I went to Alicia and Bob's, who live real close, to visit. Alicia and Damonhad to play in the talent show that night for their ward, and so they were going to practice performing infront of me. Damon was so cute, up there with his recorder playing away!

The big announcement was on Sunday. We had all gone over to my parents house to have Sunday Dinner. Alicia had brought pictures that she had just developed and wanted us to look through them. As we were looking through them, we saw a picture of her getting an ultrasound, and then another picture saying that they were expecting their baby girl in February. She is 4 1/2 months along and we all had no idea! We are excited to have a little baby real soon!
